The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office – Ilocos Region, through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Villasis through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), held the 4Ps graduation ceremony of the 1,011 4Ps households from the town's various barangays on October 3, 2025, at the Villasis Public Auditorium.
DSWD SWO III Rain Ciara Banzuela, DSWD PDO II Sandra Daquigan, MSWDO Lilibeth Abrenica, Mayor Dita Abrenica, Vice Mayor Cheryll Tan, and Councilor Paz Rafanan graced the graduation ceremony.
