Qualifications:
✅ Filipino citizen and resident of Villasis
✅ At least 18 years old

The training will be conducted at the Villasis Livelihood Training Center in Brgy. Barraca through the partnership of the Local Government Unit of Villasis and TESDA Provincial Training Center – Urdaneta.

This program is one of the flagship initiatives of Mayor Dita Abrenica , aimed at providing Villasinians with free access to skills training, livelihood opportunities, and career development.
