Municipal Mayor Libradita Abrenica and the MSWDO Lilibeth M. Abrenica led the distribution of the 2nd quarter monthly subsidy to almost 100 low-income solo parents last July 16, 2025, at Villasis Public Auditorium. This program was institutionalized by the Local Government Unit of Villasis in support of the Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 120 Series of 2024, which adopted the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act, emphasizing the benefits of a monthly subsidy of one thousand pesos (Php1,000.00) for those earning a minimum wage.
