The National Library of the Philippines commended Villasis Municipal Library as Top 4, 2021 Most Diligent Public Library in the Philippines. This is in recognition of the efforts in submitting their reports promptly to the National Library of the Philippines which sets an example worthy of emulating by other public libraries and barangay reading centers in the Philippines.
A certificate of completion was also given to VML for having successfully completed the 2021 Monthly Reports from January to December. The Librarian and staff proudly presented the certificates to Mayor Nonato S. Abrenica and Vice Cheryll Z. Tan
