The Villasis Town Fiesta 2018 Sports Tournament was launcehd last January 3, 2018 at the Villasis Gymnasium. This year's Sports Tournament is under the tutelage of Municipal Councilor Louie Sison.
The opening ceremony was attended by Mayor Nato, the principals and department heads of different high schools headed by Dr. Rowena Lea G. Moreno of DRECMNHS.
During the ceremony, Mel Kenneth Conde, basketball player from Saint Anthony Abbot Academy administered the Oath of Maturism.
VTF Sports Tournament is comprised of Volleyball and Basketball Games in High Schools and Inter-Agency Categories. Eight (8) teams will be competing for Basketball and seven (7) teams will be competing for Volleyball in the High School Category and four (4) teams will be competing for Inter-Agency Basketball, and six (6) teams for the Inter-Agency Volleyball.
Meanwhile, Villasinians should watch out for the Volleyball exhibition game of Villasis Gays against Sto. Tomas Gays.
